SITE DOCUMENTATION SERVICE
Get the real site details on record before test-fit or design ever begins.
Sign Proposal → Schedule Video Call → Document Site
Site documentation makes a measurable difference, and saves you from committing to a site that was never going to work.
Your architects can begin the test-fit and design phase with confirmed measurements, equipment specs, and utility details.
You can start your site documentation call as soon as you have a signed letter of intent, no waiting on anything else.
You'll have the site details before you sign the lease, enough to walk away from a bad fit, or move forward with confidence.
Catching site issues early means fewer change orders and delays once construction starts.
Your Site Documentation report includes your dimension site plan and your full utility and equipment details, ready to hand off to your architect.
HOW IT WORKS
BOOKING
Once your proposal is signed and paid you'll be emailed a link to book your Site Documentation video call, and confirm your address for your laser tool to be shipped.
TOOL PROVIDED
We'll mail you a laser measuring tool ahead of your call, if you don't already have one. You'll use this tool to measure the space on call. Never used a laser measuring tool before? Don't worry, our team will walk you through the process.
YOU'RE ON SITE
You'll need to be on-site on the day of the scheduled video call, with a phone, or a tablet to join the call.
OUR TEAM IS REMOTE
n the video call, our team walks you through exactly what to measure and photograph, documenting the whole site, including equipment, utilities, and more.
STANDALONE SERVICE
Realm also offers a complete Buildout Management Service, but Site Documentation is a standalone, one-time service with no obligation to continue. If you do move forward, your initial payment applies to your total buildout cost.
FLAT FEE
$1,000
Flat cost, due at signing. Covers the measuring tools and the Site Documentation video call.

"Site Documentation saved us tens of thousands of dollars and months of delays. Skip it, and you're paying for that mistake later, in cost and lost revenue."
