SITE MEASUREMENT SERVICE
Get the real site details on record before test-fit or design ever begins.
Schedule a Call → Sign Proposal→ Measure Site
Site measurement makes a huge difference, and saves you from committing to a site that was never going to work.
Your architects can begin the test-fit and design phase with confirmed measurements.
Site measurement doesn't wait for your lease. Once you have a signed letter of intent, we get the process moving.
You'll have the site measurement before you sign the lease, enough to walk away from a bad fit, or move forward with confidence.
Catching dimension issues early means fewer change orders and delays once construction starts.
Your Site Measurement includes a dimensioned floor plan ready to hand off to your architect.
HOW IT WORKS
BOOKING
Once your proposal is signed and paid, you'll be emailed a link to book your Site Measurement video call, and confirm your address.
TOOL PROVIDED
We'll mail you a laser measuring tool ahead of your call, if you don't already have one. You'll use this tool to measure the space on call. Never used a laser measuring tool before? Don't worry, our team will walk you through the process.
YOU'RE ON SITE
You'll need to be on-site on the day of the scheduled video call, with a phone, or a tablet to join the call.
OUR TEAM IS REMOTE
On the video call, our team walks you through exactly what to measure and photograph, documenting the whole site, including equipment, utilities, and more.
STANDALONE SERVICE
Realm also offers a complete Buildout Management Service, but Site Measurement is a standalone, one-time service with no obligation to continue. If you do move forward, your initial payment is applied to your total buildout fee.
FLAT FEE
$1,000
Flat cost, due at signing. Covers the laser measuring tool, Site Measurement video call, and a dimensioned floor plan.

"Site Measurement saves our franchisee's tens of thousands of dollars and months of delays. Skip it, and you're paying for that mistake later, in cost and lost revenue."
