About Realm
REALM is a national project management firm specializing in franchise rollouts. We work with franchise brands and operators throughout the United States, providing support with: design coordination, permitting, construction management, and project closeout.
Our role is to serve as the franchisee’s representative, helping keep projects organized, on schedule, and well-coordinated for all parties involved.

We are intentionally building relationships with strong local general contractors who value quality workmanship, professionalism, and clear communication. When there is a good fit, contractors we work with are often considered for future opportunities with this brand as well as other franchise brands we support nationwide.

Click the link below to take our Contractors Pre-qualification Questionnaire. If we think you'll be a good fit you'll receive an email invitation from Procore. If you do not already have a Procore account, the invitation will include instructions for creating one.
Once registered, you'll be able to receive invitations to bid on projects in your area, review project information, and submit proposals directly through the platform.
