Realm is a national project management firm that manages your franchise buildout from site search to opening day, coordinating design, permitting, bidding, construction, and closeout. We serve as your representative.

Most franchise buildouts involve finding an existing space and refitting it for your brand, this is called a Tenant Improvement project. These projects take about 180 days from signed proposal to opening day, though the timeline varies by project. If your buildout is a ground-up or modular build, the average timeline is longer.

No. Your franchisor may recommend Realm as a preferred partner, but the choice of whether to use us is yours.

Yes. We've worked with many different brands over the years, and while a lot of our clients come through franchisor partnerships, that isn't a requirement to work with us.

Realm has active projects across the United States, spanning commercial, retail, and mixed-use buildouts.

No. Realm is not a general contractor, design firm, or franchise broker. We're the project management coordinator that represents your interests and keeps everything moving. We bring in construction expertise and experience to make sure your vision comes to life.

Once you've signed your project proposal you will be assigned a dedicated account manager. Your manager will guide you through the entire process. If you ever run into a question you can reach out to them by email. Their email will be provided to you in your onboarding guidebook.
